NEWS DA LisSUBITO!, venerdì 10 giugno 2011
Nel pomeriggio di mercoledì 8 giugno 2011, alcuni rappresentanti di LIS SUBITO!, su invito dell’On. Ciccioli, Vicepresidente del Comitato Ristretto della XII Commissione, sono stati accolti a Montecitorio per ulteriori chiarimenti relativi alla proposta dell’ On. Gero Grassi di costituire un Comitato Ristretto.
L’on. Ciccioli conferma quanto già dichiarato il giorno precedente (durante il sit-in del 7 giugno in piazza Montecitorio) ovvero che verrà costituito un Comitato Ristretto, ma la lista dei nominativi sarà ufficializzata solo la prossima settimana successivamente ad una loro prima seduta.
Ciccioli conferma inoltre la possibilità di apportare modifiche e/o rimuovere dal testo della proposta di legge una parte relativa all’art. 6 (sulle “minoranze linguistiche”, presente nell’art.1, comma 2) dichiarandone una conflittualità a livello legislativo e costituzionale.
Questo è in sintesi quanto dichiarato dall’On. Ciccioli ai rappresentanti di LIS Subito!. Noi non possiamo fare a meno di domandarci come sia possibile che un testo approvato all’unanimità dal Senato e senza alcuna complicazione, incontri alla Camera una tale resistenza. Ci siamo dunque recati presso il Senato per chiedere ulteriori delucidazioni.
Si è così venuti a conoscenza del fatto che il testo, prima della sua approvazione al Senato, era già stato sottoposto anche alla Commissione Costituzionale, la quale non aveva riportato nessuna irregolarità né conflitti legislativi.
Si comunica che le prossime due date di convocazione del Comitato Ristretto sono Martedì 14 giugno alle 14.30 e Giovedì 16 giugno al termine dei lavori antimeridiani dell’Assemblea.

On Wednesday afternoon, 8 June 2011, some representatives of LIS SUBITO!, upon invitation by On. Ciccioli, the vicepresident of the Comitato Ristretto (Limited Committee) of the 12th Commission, were admitted into Montecitorio for more clarification regarding the proposal of On. Gero Grassi to build a Limited Committee.
On. Ciccioli confirmed what had already been said the previous day (during the sit-in of 7 June in Piazza Montecitorio), that a Limited Committee would be constructed, but the list of names will be official only the week after the first session.
On. Ciccioli also confirmed the possibility of making modifications and/or deletions to the text of the proposed bill, the part related to Article 6 (on “minority languages,” presented in Article 1, paragraph 2) which declares a conflict with the legislative and constitutional levels.
This is a synthesis of what was said by On. Ciccioli to the representatives of LIS Subito!. We cannot do anything more than ask ourselves how it is possible that an unanomously approved text, without any complications, by the Senate, encountered such resistence within the Chamber of Deputies. Therefore we bring this up to the Senate to ask for further clarifications.
The fact remains that the text, before its approval by the Senate, was already presented to the Constitutional Commission, which had not reported any irregularities nor legislative conflicts.
The next two meeting dates of the Limited Committee will be Tuesday 14 June at 2:30 p.m. and Thursday 16 June at the end of the morning session of the Assembly.
